A major theme of my book is the power and virtue of simplicity. But this is only part of the story. For mastery of life, one must remove the outer layers of programming and falseness that has been piled upon them since childhood. Put simply, if mastery of life were a math problem, it would involve subtraction, not addition.
This post’s featured quote finds itself in the book’s final chapter, Reflection:
The world says, add things to your life to be happy. In reality, it’s the complete opposite.
